COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sanyo P50B08075DXV000T parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Custom-Servo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Custom-Motors product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the MPLB420PSJ24AA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MPM891ATG6G1R manufactured by Custom-Servo and we are pleased to be able to service most Custom-Servo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NB892R1201 by Manufacturer Custom-Motors as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nachi Brand MSM252H2D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Actus-Power such as NA2110F2NA2110F2 equipment made by Actus-Power have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Actus-Power products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Actus-Power" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available N284T34FB2B made by Leeson as well as the popular MT308B1E2C1 original spares produced by Kollmorgen Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P15330F by Bradley and NA2110F2NA2110F2 spares by Actus-Power are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MSM040B0300NNM0CG0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rexroth. |
