COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sanyo 20BM090BXT00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schunk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schlage parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schunk product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schunk such as the OSEA40 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ofscaniiw manufactured by Schlage and we are pleased to be able to service most Schlage systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature OSEA45 by Manufacturer Schunk as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sanyo-Denki Brand 68ZBM140HXVT2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schneider such as MK6821 equipment made by Schneider have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schneider products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schneider" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available APC3000IBS made by Sca as well as the popular 64BM180KXS79EUWITH original spares produced by Sanyo-Denki Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 60WKSM24003PO by Seidel and MK6821 spares by Schneider are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SE419Q Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Selca. |
