COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Santerno ES800 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yasakawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Square-D parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Microswitch product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yasakawa such as the JPDCC023 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KHL3615017DC2100 manufactured by Square-D and we are pleased to be able to service most Square-D systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HS1072 by Manufacturer Microswitch as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Quin-Systems Brand MBA10530065193641B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Abb such as MEM86192K64KRAM equipment made by Abb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Abb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Abb" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available K0503 made by Indramat as well as the popular KAL362501616 original spares produced by Thorsman

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the INFI90 by Bailey and MEM86192K64KRAM spares by Abb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original JDC3150 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-hammer.
