COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sanmotion Q2AA08075HXS2T parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Vickers products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cmc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Vickers such as the POLYMOTOR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MT3515138CE manufactured by Cmc and we are pleased to be able to service most Cmc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P0044780 by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pfeiffer Brand PTR21261 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nova such as NSPB90002652R equipment made by Nova have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nova products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nova" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PS142030LH made by Parker as well as the popular PSE21060070 original spares produced by Abb Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PX60930 by Bayside and NSPB90002652R spares by Nova are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PBD020086 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pepperl--Fuchs. |
