COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sankyo 20BA100FFWK5-1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schneider products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sew product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schneider such as the ATV630D18N4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1FT60444AF714EB2 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MCF40A00755A3400 by Manufacturer Sew as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schneider Brand SFD212GG4YB07D07 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Siemens such as 6RA21216DK260 equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ATV212HD55N4 made by Schneider as well as the popular SFD212KG4YD07 original spares produced by Schneider Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6ES70180EP50 by Siemens and 6RA21216DK260 spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1FK70345AK711TA2Z Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
