COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sankyo 10FN-85362R-S3VW1/X parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sanyo-Denki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Scientific-Columbus parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schneider product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sanyo-Denki such as the 45BM003HBC90 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the T5527 manufactured by Scientific-Columbus and we are pleased to be able to service most Scientific-Columbus systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LXM23CU01M3X by Manufacturer Schneider as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Scott Brand Quad in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schutte such as 540552253000 equipment made by Schutte have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schutte products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schutte" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PZN200 made by Schunk as well as the popular MZM100ST1P2PRA original spares produced by Schmersal Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 140CRP81100 by Schneider and 540552253000 spares by Schutte are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PCU Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schucker. |
