COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sandvik 1570001B25002900 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Wagner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leeson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Marathon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Wagner such as the 115E242J804 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 04D17FK4G manufactured by Leeson and we are pleased to be able to service most Leeson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 145TTGR14041 by Manufacturer Marathon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand 1326ADK3G31 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Reliance such as 145CG21A equipment made by Reliance have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reliance products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reliance" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 10M made by Fanuc as well as the popular 06I41LRS0BOA11NST5S00NR0SU original spares produced by Lenze Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 00118EP3ESS56C by Weg and 145CG21A spares by Reliance are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 09C101Y354H1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
