COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sandblom & Stohne DIPOS parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sbs-Technologies products, including obsoleted and phased-out Seidel parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schneider product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sbs-Technologies such as the PC645E30P0023C00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 60WKSM24022PO manufactured by Seidel and we are pleased to be able to service most Seidel systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LXM23CU01M3X by Manufacturer Schneider as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schrader Brand FW2B10164110000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schunk such as 302931 equipment made by Schunk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schunk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schunk" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 60WKSM2406PO made by Seidel as well as the popular 371459 original spares produced by Schunk Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AT71HD55N4Z by Schneider and 302931 spares by Schunk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SRU50H Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schunk. |
