COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Samwontech Nova ST340 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Abb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Unico parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Turck product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Abb such as the DSQC346E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 315847 manufactured by Unico and we are pleased to be able to service most Unico systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MK33221EX0HLI24VDC by Manufacturer Turck as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schneider Brand 170ADO53050 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sbs-Technologies such as VTM201000C equipment made by Sbs-Technologies have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sbs-Technologies products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sbs-Technologies" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available JANCDGSC01 made by Yasakawa as well as the popular 6AV74240AA00 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AIGT1000BT32 by Nais and VTM201000C spares by Sbs-Technologies are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 92009000014204007 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Aeg-Modicon. |
