COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Samsung SI_20P7E7 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sterling products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vexta parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sterling such as the XB0014PHA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AID150AA2 manufactured by Vexta and we are pleased to be able to service most Vexta systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SGDS02F01A by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand YASKAWASGM02B412AC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Foshanshi such as YEJ100L6B5 equipment made by Foshanshi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Foshanshi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Foshanshi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PK596BW1T30 made by Vexta as well as the popular WAR72N4 original spares produced by Watt-Eusas Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CIMRV7NU40P2 by Yaskawa and YEJ100L6B5 spares by Foshanshi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original YS2020FN001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nsk. |
