COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Samsomatic 9LH 8129-2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Setra products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sensorik parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Setra product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Setra such as the 2301010PD3V11B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SK10224bSV453015NO manufactured by Sensorik and we are pleased to be able to service most Sensorik systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3100R0005G04E by Manufacturer Setra as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Scan Brand FCS11202UAUL3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sensotec such as 0600358704 equipment made by Sensotec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sensotec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sensotec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KTL5G2P11 made by Sick as well as the popular TJE88218TJD original spares produced by Sensotec Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GP1S094HCZ0F by Sharp and 0600358704 spares by Sensotec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DS60P21211 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sick. |
