COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sames Technologies 744633 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schunk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schneider parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Scientific-Technologies product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schunk such as the 305109 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HMIPEP0952D1001 manufactured by Schneider and we are pleased to be able to service most Schneider systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PA463400Q2NC2PN by Manufacturer Scientific-Technologies as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schlafhorft-Elektronik Brand 172655 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Scan such as A1620008 equipment made by Scan have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Scan products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Scan" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MK6821 made by Schneider as well as the popular PZN1002IS original spares produced by Schunk Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5001593050028487 by Schabmuller and A1620008 spares by Scan are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FW2B1084212500 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schrader. |
