COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sailor SR10A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schweitzer-Engineering-Laboratories products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schenck parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sealmaster product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schweitzer-Engineering-Laboratories such as the 22411062607 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5AP9201505K11 manufactured by Schenck and we are pleased to be able to service most Schenck systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 34D by Manufacturer Sealmaster as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Scientific-Columbus Brand XL31K5A2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schneider such as ILE2K661PB1A6 equipment made by Schneider have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schneider products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schneider" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available Uais made by Sam-Electronics as well as the popular 8240 original spares produced by Securelogix

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PMMBD4511 by Sanyo and ILE2K661PB1A6 spares by Schneider are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TL2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Scanmeg.
