COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Xycom products, including obsoleted and phased-out Iei parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rexroth product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Xycom such as the VT1040 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S12ASRR116XR21S12ASR manufactured by Iei and we are pleased to be able to service most Iei systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Vdp403alnd1nnnn by Manufacturer Rexroth as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Honeywell Brand T775M2030 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pilz such as PX21040AR equipment made by Pilz have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pilz products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pilz" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PM820MG made by Schneider as well as the popular PM1700 original spares produced by Comark

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the QPM3D200B2PA by Fanuc and PX21040AR spares by Pilz are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original S3DCKF Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron.
