COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sanyo-Denki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Scientific-Columbus parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sandvik product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sanyo-Denki such as the R11F432565 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CT510P7 manufactured by Scientific-Columbus and we are pleased to be able to service most Scientific-Columbus systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AC1C20XX086 by Manufacturer Sandvik as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sanyo-Machine Brand SDN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schunk such as 370403 equipment made by Schunk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schunk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schunk" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 305103 made by Schunk as well as the popular PCD4M11 original spares produced by Saia

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 026AT1171 by Schafer-Driveline and 370403 spares by Schunk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BDIH1020 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer See-Pictures.
