COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Saftronics PC104002-9 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schneider parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sensotec product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the 6SE64402UC311DA1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ATV630D45N4 manufactured by Schneider and we are pleased to be able to service most Schneider systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SCSeriesSignaler by Manufacturer Sensotec as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sankyo Brand RS1A05AAWA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schneider such as VW3G46101 equipment made by Schneider have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schneider products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schneider" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CDD32004C21 made by Servax as well as the popular 751A51A3A1A0X810210 original spares produced by Sel Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PY2A030E0XXYPH2 by Sankyo and VW3G46101 spares by Schneider are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ShihlinSS021075KD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Shihlin. |
