COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Saftronics GP10E1ST34030B1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nematron-Corp products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tridium-Inc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Novax-Industries product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nematron-Corp such as the IWS2023T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the JACE545 manufactured by Tridium-Inc and we are pleased to be able to service most Tridium-Inc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MD267F by Manufacturer Novax-Industries as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge-Fanuc Brand IC3600STKH1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Modicon such as MMPMC1400C equipment made by Modicon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Modicon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Modicon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IN57121001E07 made by Asea as well as the popular M10169694 original spares produced by Kollmorgen Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IS570511 by Cognex and MMPMC1400C spares by Modicon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LE407A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Heidenhain. |
