COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Saftronics CIMR-V7AU47P5 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schunk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schneider product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the 1FT50460AH011Z spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OSE354710 manufactured by Schunk and we are pleased to be able to service most Schunk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ATV630D18N4 by Manufacturer Schneider as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sankyo Brand BA050AXWTA09BF in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sankyo such as SN0701030436D equipment made by Sankyo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sankyo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sankyo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MCV41A00 made by Sew as well as the popular ATV61HD22M3X original spares produced by Schneider Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6ES72142AD230XB0 by Siemens and SN0701030436D spares by Sankyo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MDV60A00305A3400 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew. |
