COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Saftronics CIMR-G3U21P5+ parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sanko-Denki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Saia parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Saia-burgess product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sanko-Denki such as the 68ZBM035HXS76 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PCD1M130 manufactured by Saia and we are pleased to be able to service most Saia systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PCD2M120 by Manufacturer Saia-burgess as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schunk Brand SRU20W18034V in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sbs-Technologies such as 85154554 equipment made by Sbs-Technologies have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sbs-Technologies products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sbs-Technologies" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available Z95108601 made by Schenk as well as the popular PCU original spares produced by Schucker Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CIMRP5U7P5 by Saftronics and 85154554 spares by Sbs-Technologies are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 101178688 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schmersal. |
