COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Saftronics CIMR-08AS3-0020 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Saftronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schunk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schafer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Saftronics such as the KDC6752 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PGN1252KVZ manufactured by Schunk and we are pleased to be able to service most Schunk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CO2200 by Manufacturer Schafer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sanyo-Denki Brand ARST4XB11E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schneider such as ATV610D30N4 equipment made by Schneider have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schneider products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schneider" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 76091097 made by Schaeffler-Ina-Fag as well as the popular 327411 original spares produced by Samson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AP2M040BTCT by Sanyo and ATV610D30N4 spares by Schneider are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 506010126 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sanyo-Denki. |
