COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Saftronics AA1200MB parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Samsung products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sanyo-Denki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sankyo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Samsung such as the CDU spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Q2AA08100DXS2E manufactured by Sanyo-Denki and we are pleased to be able to service most Sanyo-Denki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 10FN85362RS3VW1X by Manufacturer Sankyo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schlage Brand ofscaniiw in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Scientific-Columbus such as DL31K5PA7670V equipment made by Scientific-Columbus have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Scientific-Columbus products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Scientific-Columbus" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 188A09253C503C39853 made by Scitex as well as the popular DRVAP033480CWULLOC0303 original spares produced by Schindler Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ATV320U30M3C by Schneider and DL31K5PA7670V spares by Scientific-Columbus are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EZS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Saftronics. |
