COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Safetronics CIMR-H2.2G2-E-10 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sbs-Technologies products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schunk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sandex product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sbs-Technologies such as the V5B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 308190 manufactured by Schunk and we are pleased to be able to service most Schunk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9AD12128RSR3VW5 by Manufacturer Sandex as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Scientific-Technologies Brand 4326809 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sames such as GNM equipment made by Sames have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sames products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sames" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PGN1252 made by Schunk as well as the popular 640tc original spares produced by Saia-burgess Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 500122 by Sarix-/-Posalux and GNM spares by Sames are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DE2R102 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Saftronics. |
