COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Safetronics CIMR-G30L parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schunk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schenck-Pegasus parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Saia-Burgess product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schunk such as the SRU122 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5900 manufactured by Schenck-Pegasus and we are pleased to be able to service most Schenck-Pegasus systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 197124029 by Manufacturer Saia-Burgess as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schunk Brand 138121 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sawamura such as SS40E2 equipment made by Sawamura have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sawamura products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sawamura" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PY0B300A0PZ1PKO made by Sanyo-Senki as well as the popular 20BM220MBP41 original spares produced by Sanyo-Denki Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PCD2D70WTPZ52 by Saia-burgess and SS40E2 spares by Sawamura are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 580836 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Saginaw-Control. |
