COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Safetran 6000-62664-0970 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sanyo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Scanivalve-Corp. parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sanyo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sanyo such as the QN42510 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DSA3218 manufactured by Scanivalve-Corp. and we are pleased to be able to service most Scanivalve-Corp. systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P60B13200LCPUD by Manufacturer Sanyo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schunk Brand PGN3001SD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schneeberger-Motch such as MRA equipment made by Schneeberger-Motch have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schneeberger-Motch products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schneeberger-Motch" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CIMRP5U7P5 made by Saftronics as well as the popular FW2D1181211000 original spares produced by Schrader Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XBTGT2930 by Schneider and MRA spares by Schneeberger-Motch are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A12001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Saftronics. |
