COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Safeline 3800-036 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schrader products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schwarzmuller parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schenk product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schrader such as the PAC100821S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 11076254 manufactured by Schwarzmuller and we are pleased to be able to service most Schwarzmuller systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3550022 by Manufacturer Schenk as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Saftronics Brand GP10E2ST34025B1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sanyo-Denki such as M818T400 equipment made by Sanyo-Denki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sanyo-Denki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sanyo-Denki" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 140CRP81100 made by Schneider as well as the popular GNM original spares produced by Sames

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SRU122 by Schunk and M818T400 spares by Sanyo-Denki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PGN160 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schunk.
