COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Safeasy 35-090-PP-W parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schneeberg products, including obsoleted and phased-out Saia parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Safetronics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schneeberg such as the SR6 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PC7D410VTCF manufactured by Saia and we are pleased to be able to service most Saia systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DY475 by Manufacturer Safetronics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Safetronics Brand 7AU20P20 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schrader such as FW2B118421S equipment made by Schrader have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schrader products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schrader" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PC342P2 made by Safetronics as well as the popular 61BM120RXSC0 original spares produced by Sanyo-Denki Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 306081 by Schunk and FW2B118421S spares by Schrader are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 27BM013HXP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sanyo. |
