COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the S2tech A7010-D20 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schmersal products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schunk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schunk product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schmersal such as the 1216628 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 340014 manufactured by Schunk and we are pleased to be able to service most Schunk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PGN1252 by Manufacturer Schunk as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sauer-Danfoss Brand MC02402000000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sanyo-Denki such as Q2AA08100DXS2E equipment made by Sanyo-Denki have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available AZM7002ZRK made by Schmersal as well as the popular dy515 original spares produced by Saftronics-Inc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PGN1601 by Schunk and Q2AA08100DXS2E spares by Sanyo-Denki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 20BM220MBP41 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sanyo-Denki.
