COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rvsi AS-S300-100 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Savage-Innovations products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schmersal parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sames product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Savage-Innovations such as the MM6 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BNS260STGASR manufactured by Schmersal and we are pleased to be able to service most Schmersal systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GNM by Manufacturer Sames as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schrader Brand 3DL1P100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Saftronics such as KDC6752 equipment made by Saftronics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Saftronics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Saftronics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 27BA050FXTH2 made by Sanyo-Denki as well as the popular SM2862 original spares produced by Sanmotion

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 9150026503 by Saab and KDC6752 spares by Saftronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PRS1593D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sanyo-Denk.
