COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rs Oemax NX_PWR220 NXPWR220 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Saf products, including obsoleted and phased-out Saftronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Saf such as the SS6200CHTR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DCM6 manufactured by Saftronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Saftronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6SE12273YA03Z by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand 6FC52110BA010AA4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sew such as K47DT80N4BMG1HRTHES1SVS equipment made by Sew have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6FC52470AA000AA2G made by Siemens as well as the popular SFD212KG2WD07 original spares produced by Schneider Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7AD12277RLR3VW1 by Sankyo and K47DT80N4BMG1HRTHES1SVS spares by Sew are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6RB21050SG00 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
