COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rotronic HC2A-S parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sanyo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schrader parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schaefer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sanyo such as the 103H858170B1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FW2B1088213500 manufactured by Schrader and we are pleased to be able to service most Schrader systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BDVFD400N1 by Manufacturer Schaefer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Saf Brand CA471 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ryco such as 150A382 equipment made by Ryco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ryco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ryco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MDFC made by Saw-Trax as well as the popular DF8P10E original spares produced by Saftronics Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GMH06 by Rta-Pavia and 150A382 spares by Ryco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Magelis Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schneider. |
