COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rotork LA-2520-N-1-0-.45 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schneeberger products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schneider parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schrader product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schneeberger such as the BMW35AG1V2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VPM02D20AA00 manufactured by Schneider and we are pleased to be able to service most Schneider systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FW2B1084212500 by Manufacturer Schrader as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sanyo-Denki Brand Q3AA18450RXZTA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rug such as WaCo equipment made by Rug have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rug products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rug" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available S800 made by Schiele as well as the popular AD1302 original spares produced by Sanyko Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BDVFD400N1 by Schaefer and WaCo spares by Rug are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TZFWNEMCHI Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schmersal. |
