COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rotometrics WHQ08 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Saia-burgess products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sanyo-Denki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schneeberger product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Saia-burgess such as the PCD2M557ZEM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 506010126 manufactured by Sanyo-Denki and we are pleased to be able to service most Sanyo-Denki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BM3508002060G1 by Manufacturer Schneeberger as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schneider Brand ATV610D45N4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sames-Technologies such as 738354 equipment made by Sames-Technologies have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sames-Technologies products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sames-Technologies" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BDVFD400N1 made by Schaefer as well as the popular RTC5 original spares produced by Scanlab

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SM2862 by Sanmotion and 738354 spares by Sames-Technologies are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MDFC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Saw-Trax.
