COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rotomation A3-45-CCW-75-3C2-1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Saab products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schneider parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Saw-Trax product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Saab such as the 91500707K spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ATV610D45N4 manufactured by Schneider and we are pleased to be able to service most Schneider systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BLEXT by Manufacturer Saw-Trax as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ru30-M18-Lix-H1141 Brand TURCK in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sanyo-Denki such as 64BM180KXS79EUWITH equipment made by Sanyo-Denki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sanyo-Denki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sanyo-Denki" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CIMR7AU407 made by Saftronics as well as the popular 34015 original spares produced by Saunders Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BCH0802O02A1C by Schneider and 64BM180KXS79EUWITH spares by Sanyo-Denki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MS417153502 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schneider. |
