COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rotomation A32-180-tc-h75-3a-3c4-2rl-1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Samkoon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Samson-Baumann parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Saab product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Samkoon such as the AK70AE spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3765040103 manufactured by Samson-Baumann and we are pleased to be able to service most Samson-Baumann systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KK682102072 by Manufacturer Saab as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sartorious Brand WZA224 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schmersal such as 103003906 equipment made by Schmersal have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schmersal products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schmersal" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MU100 made by Rotometrics as well as the popular SY6H original spares produced by Saftronics Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C1MRG3U21P5 by Safetronics and 103003906 spares by Schmersal are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RGEX3R47 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Saginomiya. |
