COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rotomation A1-90-TC-S7-1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schneeberter products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schmersal parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schenk product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schneeberter such as the r2090 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SLC440 manufactured by Schmersal and we are pleased to be able to service most Schmersal systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3550022 by Manufacturer Schenk as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sca Brand APC3000IBS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sbs-Technologies such as PC645E30P0023C00 equipment made by Sbs-Technologies have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sbs-Technologies products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sbs-Technologies" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 5001593050028487 made by Schabmuller as well as the popular R850012WLO original spares produced by Sanyo-Denki Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TEK73020 by Sabo and PC645E30P0023C00 spares by Sbs-Technologies are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PCA220100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schaevitz. |
