COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rosemount FS846-DM1H1K5-F2-H0518-G1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sanyo-Denki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rsf-electronik parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sanyo-Denki product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sanyo-Denki such as the U825T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 70630P manufactured by Rsf-electronik and we are pleased to be able to service most Rsf-electronik systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R11F432565 by Manufacturer Sanyo-Denki as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sabina Brand D959213075 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Salvagnini such as UNI05 equipment made by Salvagnini have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Salvagnini products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Salvagnini" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 91500707K made by Saab as well as the popular C1040011 original spares produced by Safetronics Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 9150026503 by Saab and UNI05 spares by Salvagnini are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AP2M020BTCT Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sanyo. |
