COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rosemount DM6004X1-FA1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cutler-hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Galil-Motion parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Phoenix-Contact product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-hammer such as the HFD3125L spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DMC4080 manufactured by Galil-Motion and we are pleased to be able to service most Galil-Motion systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DVGOPC7013092BXAQ00 by Manufacturer Phoenix-Contact as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Microswitch Brand HVL950FB0000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Omron such as F3SNA0457P25 equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DSMB176 made by Abb as well as the popular DS20004A original spares produced by Ivek-Corporation Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC600CP211 by Ge-Fanuc and F3SNA0457P25 spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HDS032W075NHS5601FW Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
