COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rosemount CR020SA1N1D1M5Q4 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sanyo-Denki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Safetronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Saft product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sanyo-Denki such as the 60BMI20BXAT0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CIMRG30L manufactured by Safetronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Safetronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4111701237704 by Manufacturer Saft as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sankyo Brand 10FN85362RS3VW1X in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rsf-Elektronik such as MSA6506 equipment made by Rsf-Elektronik have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rsf-Elektronik products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rsf-Elektronik" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RS04012 made by Sanyo as well as the popular 40083HNC original spares produced by Rumble Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IND1101G by Saf and MSA6506 spares by Rsf-Elektronik are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 103H858170B1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sanyo. |
