COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rosemount CD1A02A1AS5E5 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schaevitz products, including obsoleted and phased-out Saf parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sanmei product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schaevitz such as the 02350513000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DCI20C manufactured by Saf and we are pleased to be able to service most Saf systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature STCM1 by Manufacturer Sanmei as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sanyo-Denki Brand Q3AA18450RXZTA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sanyo-Denki such as 68ZBM140HXVT2 equipment made by Sanyo-Denki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sanyo-Denki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sanyo-Denki" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M68K10 made by Sbe as well as the popular ZZ0102003 original spares produced by Santerno Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RU130U by Ru130u-M18e-2up8x2-H1151-1610014 and 68ZBM140HXVT2 spares by Sanyo-Denki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6801001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sabina. |
