COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rosemount A1E5 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sanyo-Denki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schmersal parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Saftronics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sanyo-Denki such as the 45BM030HBC26 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 103003906 manufactured by Schmersal and we are pleased to be able to service most Schmersal systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GP1040201 by Manufacturer Saftronics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sanyo-Denki Brand R2AA0875FXH11M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schiele such as 24814516 equipment made by Schiele have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schiele products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schiele" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 342505A made by Schneeberger as well as the popular S7B481MD0 original spares produced by Safescan

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TEMI300 by Samwontech and 24814516 spares by Schiele are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 67063 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rsf-Elektronik-Msa.
