COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rosemount 644HAE5J6F6M5 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Safescan products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sanyo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sawamura-Denki product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Safescan such as the SS9MS11A1A0A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R11G4113C3 manufactured by Sanyo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sanyo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MS300C1001 by Manufacturer Sawamura-Denki as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has S.himmelstein--Co Brand 29061T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rowan-Elettronica such as 269sAI equipment made by Rowan-Elettronica have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rowan-Elettronica products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rowan-Elettronica" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 012AJ5021 made by Schafer-Driveline-Ezgo as well as the popular PC10 original spares produced by Saftronics Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BNS260STGASR by Schmersal and 269sAI spares by Rowan-Elettronica are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TEMI300 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Samwontech. |
