COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rosemount 499ADO-54 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rotronic-Ag products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rotac parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sanyo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rotronic-Ag such as the H290D32X02P1WXXXX spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MPJ632VOIL manufactured by Rotac and we are pleased to be able to service most Rotac systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RP001 by Manufacturer Sanyo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rsf-Elektronik Brand MSA001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sam such as PCISAC800EVN1GSAM equipment made by Sam have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sam products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sam" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BB8841560 made by Sartorious as well as the popular 730012EL0 original spares produced by Sanyo-Denki Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PML1000 by Schaevitz-Sensors and PCISAC800EVN1GSAM spares by Sam are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PCD4M11 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Saia. |
