COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rosemount 403VP-13-20 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sankyo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Safeline parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sartorious product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sankyo such as the 38E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3800111 manufactured by Safeline and we are pleased to be able to service most Safeline systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BUAD00159 by Manufacturer Sartorious as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sabina Brand 6520713D9558150050 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sabo such as MPK73030 equipment made by Sabo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sabo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sabo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MM40C2H350D made by Sawamura-Denki-Kogyo as well as the popular SS40E2 original spares produced by Sawamura Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CIMRP5U407 by Safetronics and MPK73030 spares by Sabo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 644HAK5J6Q4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rosemount. |
