COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rosemount 402-11-31-60-61 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Saginaw-Control products, including obsoleted and phased-out Safetronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rosemount product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Saginaw-Control such as the SCE spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GP1020051 manufactured by Safetronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Safetronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 41046U by Manufacturer Rosemount as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Saftronics Brand GP104071 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Saftronics such as GP10E2ST34025B1 equipment made by Saftronics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Saftronics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Saftronics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R511B012EL8 made by Sanyo-Denki as well as the popular 5R10190G02 original spares produced by Rosemount Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DM2CNA42B21 by Ross and GP10E2ST34025B1 spares by Saftronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SAR15H700LD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Samick. |
