COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rosemount 400-12-54 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sick products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sensotec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Smartscan product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sick such as the LFT060001A1A10 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4105740301 manufactured by Sensotec and we are pleased to be able to service most Sensotec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 51204APL1 by Manufacturer Smartscan as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sti Brand MS46LR201130Q1RNCFPMS46201130Q1X in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Siemens such as 3RG78426DD006DD001 equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VSPP5F2413 made by Sick as well as the popular HU30700AF01 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SS7B351MDO by Safescan and 3RG78426DD006DD001 spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MCF4714450R3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sti. |
