COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rosemount 396P-02-10-55 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Si products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sick parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Banner-Engineering product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Si such as the SPTHPT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1800211 manufactured by Sick and we are pleased to be able to service most Sick systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LBV311XXCNCTANX by Manufacturer Banner-Engineering as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sick Brand VSPI1D111 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Smartank such as 90HV1S00GN21UG075132 equipment made by Smartank have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Smartank products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Smartank" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KT5W2P1123 made by Sick as well as the popular ICR8472E1030 original spares produced by Sick Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CLV442A0010OpticalSensor by Sick and 90HV1S00GN21UG075132 spares by Smartank are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LMS200S60 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sick. |
