COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rosemount 389VP-12-54 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Setra parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sharp product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rosemount such as the 3051S2CG4A2E11A1A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 280 manufactured by Setra and we are pleased to be able to service most Setra systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GP2W0004XP0F by Manufacturer Sharp as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sensotec Brand 060358703 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sick such as MGSS6012 equipment made by Sick have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sick products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sick" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 4027078 made by Sick as well as the popular A588207 original spares produced by Sensotec Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GSZ3S by Seeka and MGSS6012 spares by Sick are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3100T10KPS2T9 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Setra. |
