COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rosemount 385+-02-10 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sti parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sick product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rosemount such as the 4041117 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MS4424RMS4424X manufactured by Sti and we are pleased to be able to service most Sti systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SRM50HW0K01 by Manufacturer Sick as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sick Brand XC40P1203A0A0CBA0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sti such as MS4340B equipment made by Sti have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sti products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sti" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MS46301390Q2X made by Sti as well as the popular 1015397 original spares produced by Sick Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3051S2TG4A2A11A1AB4E5M5Q4 by Rosemount and MS4340B spares by Sti are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DBX225 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sti. |
