COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rosemount 3051TG2A2B21AS1M504 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sanyo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Saftronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sanyo-Sanmoyion product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sanyo such as the RS04012 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 40059 manufactured by Saftronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Saftronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PB3D003M200W by Manufacturer Sanyo-Sanmoyion as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Samwontech Brand TEMI300 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sartorious such as PROX4 equipment made by Sartorious have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sartorious products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sartorious" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SCL made by Rosemount as well as the popular P50B0875DBL21 original spares produced by Sanyo-Denki Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 68BM025BBR26 by Sanyo-Denki and PROX4 spares by Sartorious are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CIMR7AS3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Saftronics. |
