COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rosemount 3051TG2A2B21A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Royal products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rosemount parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Samson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Royal such as the 795CG spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4088A1P12G7R2A111AWR5C22D4E5L2M5Q4Q8Q1T1 manufactured by Rosemount and we are pleased to be able to service most Rosemount systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 327423 by Manufacturer Samson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Saf-Drives Brand MS630N in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Satec such as PM72PN1M equipment made by Satec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Satec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Satec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LSOC3 made by Schaevitz as well as the popular A1200MB3 original spares produced by Saftronics Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P10B10120HXSB6S by Sanyo and PM72PN1M spares by Satec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GMH06 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rta-Pavia. |
